Food, drinks, fresh produce, arts & crafts, and nursery stalls.
Inside are 2.4m x 2m. A 2.4m table can be provided for each space.
Outside, 3m x 3m, BYO tables and shade
Set up no earlier than 6:30am and no later than 7pm.
If space is required for a vehicle behind a stall, Stall holders will need to book adequate room and note vehicle with stall. If not required, stall holders will be required to park in the carpark across the road on the corner of Light Street and Gilbert Street.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE MONDAY 8TH November 2021 and will not be accepted after this date.

Please provide a copy of your public liability insurance certificate of currency with your registration form. The HBCA can provide insurance cover for stall holders (for this event only) that do not have cover for $11.
PAYMENT can be made via cash in person at the Hamley Bridge General Store or via bank transfer.
All payments are to be made by Friday 12th February 2021. No registrations will be fully accepted without necessary documentation and any required payment. Any cancellations after 12th February will not receive a refund.
