HAMLEY BRIDGE TOWN EMERGENCY INFORMATION In the event of the Hamley Bridge Township being threatened by a natural disaster (fire, flood, extreme weather damage etc), or a prolonged power outage during extreme heat:

THE HAMLEY BRIDGE INSTITUTE CAN BE USED AS A SAFE PLACE TO ASSEMBLE DURING AN EMERGENCY
The institute is not built to fire safe standards, but it is located in a bushfire safer place within the town of Hamley Bridge.
It is important to remember that all members of the community must take responsibility for their own safety and prepare their own emergency plan. Travelling to the Institute or a last resort refuge may be dangerous.
