STALL SPACES
Inside are 2.4m x 2m. A 2.4m table can be provided for each space.
Outside, 3m x 3m, BYO tables and shade
Set up no earlier than 7:30am and no later than 8am. Please DO NOT arrive before 7:30am as the HBCA volunteers have preparations that need to be completed before stall holders can set up.
Stall holders will be required to park in the carpark across the road on the corner of Light Street and Gilbert Street unless told otherwise.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 8th SEPTEMBER and will not be accepted after this date. Please understand we are a volunteer and non-for-profit group and these events take careful time and planning.

All stall holders must have appropriate product and public liability insurance. Please provide a copy of your public liability insurance certificate of currency with your registration form. The HBCA can no longer provide insurance cover for one day.

Garage Sale & Small Business/Artisan Information
Open to Hamley Bridge Residents ONLY
If you would like to take part in the town garage sale or have your small business marked on the map, please provide your details in this section of the form so we can put a marker on the map of the town for people to find you. On the map we will mark garage sales and small businesses differently so that attendees may distinguish them and may not be surprised if prices are not “garage sale prices” when visiting small businesses or artisans. When pricing your items, please take into consideration that attendees will be seeking bargains and may only have limited cash on them.
Garage sales are $5 to register. Registrations close Friday 8th September 2023. The $5 administration fee goes towards the printing and promotional costs of the event.
You do not have to register to have a garage sale or open your business on the day, however you will not be on the map and you will not be included in our numbers when promoting the event. By registering, you are supporting the event and by supporting the event, you support your town.

- Heart of Hamley Community Op Shop (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm)
